Diagnostics
I created the Disabled by Society Diagnostics Tool to measure organisation’s Disability Inclusion. Through step-by-step diagnostics, I provide tangible steps on how you can remove any disabling barriers by conducting an in-depth exploration of your Branding/ Marketing, Workplace Cultures, and/or Recruitment/ Retention. A tool that you can then use time and time again to continue to measure your Disability inclusion.
Three Diagnostic Areas
Branding/ Marketing
Branding/ Marketing Diagnostics assesses how accessible, inclusive and representative your branding and marketing is for Disabled people.
Workplace Culture
Workplace Culture Diagnostics assesses how accessible, equitable, inclusive and anti-ableist your workplace culture is for Disabled colleagues.
Recruitment
Recruitment Diagnostics assesses the ableism, accessibility, equity and ableism of your end-to-end recruitment for Disabled Talent.
Choose any area, or all three!

Supporting You With
Accountability
Our diagnostics help identify the ableist, inaccessible barriers embedded in your branding, marketing, cultures, and recruitment processes. This enables your organisation to take accountability for necessary changes.
Action
Our diagnostics are tools to support tangible change. Every step of the way, you’ll receive clarity, guidance, and actionable steps. The diagnostics also serve as a long-term roadmap for continued progress.
Benchmarking
Organisations often struggle to measure disability inclusion efforts. Our diagnostics are designed to assess your current state and support continuous measurement of ongoing progress. This helps track and enhance your disability inclusion efforts.
Continuous Improvement
The tools we use can be applied repeatedly, helping you measure success over time and providing a roadmap for ongoing improvement.
Collaboration
Our approach involves everyone in the discussion. By gathering feedback from colleagues at all levels through focus groups and surveys, we ensure buy-in across the organisation. Disability inclusion becomes a shared responsibility, not just the duty of one person or team.
Learning
Understanding is key to learning. Our diagnostics provide the knowledge and scope to understand why and how to make lasting change.
