Welcome to Disabled by Society

These days, it seems every organisation and their competitor are claiming to be all singing, all dancing inclusive. Unfortunately, when we do a little digging we realise that the singing is out of tune and that the dancing is actually more of a sidestep.

Organisations fail to represent Disability. They fail to remove the disabling, ableist, and inaccessible barriers. They are failing to attract, gain, develop, and retain Disabled candidates, clients, colleagues, and customers. Meaning they are excluding 1.7 billion people with a global spending power of $13 trillion.
